With the Detroit Lions trailing the Chicago Bears 17-13 late in the fourth quarter Sunday, the veteran quarterback marched the team down the field for the go-ahead touchdown and made history in the process.

With the win, the Lions improved to 9-4 on the season and remain on top of the NFC North standings.
