Danny Amendola and Olivia Culpo lit up the red carpet at the Met Gala in New York on Monday night, but apparently, not everyone knew it was the New England Patriots wide receiver accompanying his girlfriend.
British newspaper The Daily Mail published a photo of the couple heading into an after-party and labeled Amendola as a “mystery male companion” to the former Miss USA.

This, of course, isn’t the first time the newspaper has referred to Amendola in that manner.

British tabloids might not know Amendola, but he likely won’t be a mystery man much longer if he helps the Patriots hoist another Lombardi Trophy next season.
