Need a little extra motivation?
Thankfully, Alex Rodriguez posted a video Sunday featuring himself and his girlfriend, singer/actress Jennifer Lopez, working out at UFC GYM Kendall in Miami.
We’d sit here and try to describe what you’re about to watch, but words don’t really do the video any justice. So, kick back and enjoy the sounds of Bon Jovi and the sight of A-Rod and J-Lo crushing some exercises. Then, get up and go better yourself as a human, because that’s what the couple wants, obviously.
