The Boston Bruins will try to sweep a weekend back-to-back Sunday when they visit the Minnesota Wild.
The B’s halted their losing streak at five Saturday, but the visitors weren’t all smiles after their 3-2 win in Pittsburgh. Boston played the majority of the contest without Brad Marchand, who was on the wrong end of a scary hit along the boards less than six minutes into the contest at PPG Paints Arena.
Thus, the Bruins captain is not expected to suit up for the matinee matchup with the Wild, who the Black and Gold beat 3-0 at TD Garden on Feb. 4. Justin Brazeau, who didn’t play Saturday, could draw back into the lineup if Marchand cannot play.
Here are the projected lines and defensive pairings for the Bruins-Wild tilt, which will have full coverage on NESN beginning at 2:30 p.m. ET.
