Sunday afternoon was the second and final regular season meeting between the Boston Bruins and the Minnesota Wild, and they traded shutouts between the pair. The Bruins earned a shutout against the Wild in a 3-0 win in February, while the Wild would go on to win Sunday’s game 1-0.

The shutout put an end to superstar David Pastrnak’s historical 17-game point streak, which is the longest by any Czechia-born player in NHL history and surpassed Robert Lang and Jaromir Jagr’s 16-game streaks. The only Bruins players with longer point streaks are Adam Oates, Ray Bourque, and Phill Kessel.
