The College Basketball Invitational unveiled its field on Monday, and Boston University is among the 16 teams chosen.
The tournament began in 2008, with Tulsa winning the inaugural championship. Last year, Oregon State — BU's first-round opponent — won it all.

The quarterfinal round will take place on March 22, with the semifinals following on the 24th of March. The championship will be played as a best-of-three series, with games on March 29, March 31 and April 2 (if necessary).
