4:10 p.m.: Houston Texans running back Arian Foster had to be carted off the field after his leg gave out in a non-contact injury against the Miami Dolphins. There’s no word on the extent of the injury, but it’s generally a bad prognosis if a player can’t leave the field without help.
3:53 p.m.: Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown exited their game against the St. Louis Rams with a right shoulder injury, meaning it’s time for Johnny Manziel to end the fourth quarter.
The extent of McCown’s injury is unknown for now.
2:58 p.m.: Melvin Gordon will play for the Chargers after all.

11:38 a.m.: It turns out K.C. actually will be without its top wideout. Jeremy Maclin reportedly passed concussion protocol, but he’s still experiencing symptoms.

Versatile running back Dion Lewis was listed as questionable on New England’s injury report, but this development still is a bit of a surprise.
8:35 a.m. ET: Week 7’s Sunday features a full slate of NFL action, and it’ll be a busy day on the injury front, too.
The Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars get us started early with a 9:30 a.m. ET kickoff from London. A few big names won’t be suiting up for that one, as quarterback Tyrod Taylor, running back Karlos Williams and wide receivers Sammy Watkins and Percy Harvin all are inactive for Buffalo. On the other side, Jaguars offensive stars T.J. Yeldon, Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns are active.
There will be plenty of other news to monitor throughout the day, including the status of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who hopes to return to action this week.
