The Red Sox will have a different look on Opening Day, but it's still uncertain what that will actually look like.
That's because new manager Bobby Valentine will have to fill a couple of holes in his new lineup left vacant by some offseason moves. Most notably, Valentine will have to decide upon a new shortstop as well as a new right fielder after Marco Scutaro was traded to Colorado and J.D. Drew's contract expired.
The Sox may also have to fill a vacancy in left depending on whether or not Carl Crawford will be ready to go on Opening Day after a wrist injury.
